Individual and group therapy

I offer a wide range of individual and group therapy, from behavioural and mindfulness therapy,cbt and person centred therapy to relationship and family counselling. During your initial consultation, I will work with you to analyse your behaviour and to discover how it relates to your thoughts and feelings. I will then turn this discussion into a collaborative action plan to help you make a full recovery.

I will also offer YOU the client a safe warm space where you can feel at ease and be truly listened to with no judgement.
